How about a sticky Ed for helping Molly raise some momney for their Sea Cadets Boat that was shown on BBC East (with her).

We came up with the idea of sending £5 or £10 to their Treasurer of the Cadets with the address c/o TS Europa, Lowestoft Sea Cadets, The Drill Hall, st Peters St, Lowestoft, Suffolk NR32 1QA. This avoids the "personal details" issue.

I think some 25 plus of us have already pledged

Thanks......

Ummmm while you're talking apologies get that eeejit blabbermouth angel to apologise to me !
Im glad Molly has proved to all the doubters that she is who she says she is. It always made me feel uncomfortable how some people on here treated her. Anyway Ive sent off my fiver, and good luck to them all,and good luck to Molly too.

Good grief - I do a morning's editing and writing, and come back to find a thread of 70 plus replies to this, some on and some off tangent.

Thanks Ed for your backing and over to you Molly, though I suspect most of us reprobates, deviants, torturers and the rest now know about this and even if it only raises £200 towards the new boat (£2000 is what Molly said) then it is a significant step forward for her/them. I suspect that the figure maybe higher and that would be brilliant.

Boo - thanks for the apology. Actually, I haven't been one of the anti-Molly brigade though I will chip in some wry/sardonic remark when one of her "classics" is posted. I have helped her out on her project, for example, putting her in touch with the world-class Marine Labs of my old alma mater.

Thanks to all of you who do make a contribution and thanks as well for those who make a tacit support of the idea as well. To the others who want to criticize this thread and campaign, well you are just a bunch of mizzes. (miserable bast..ds), and that's ok!

By the way to the other fund raisers, I set up an account yesterday under my financial pseduonym Ivor F. Raud and can provide the banking details for any contributions. And no the account is with Lloyds, not the Bank of Nigeria.
it certainly fired up a storm DT but as I have said, if people don't want to contribute, they don't meanwhile the ones that do, will

The cynic in me will wait until we have confirmation from molly..........and that it was honoured ! :o)
It should take a bit more than a donation to a boat fund to make him feel better!!!

Pinki - are you serious about MarkRae? - that is amazingly generous if he has.

A lot of us have already sent money and I am sure they can use it for equipment aboard.

If Mark has done this, then they should allow him the naming rights.....jokingly we had suggested the SS AnwerBank or SS Mollykins but there may be soemone that he wishes to remember.

And if he has done this, well then a huge thank you to him and, my goodness, it does change my mental map of the man.

Like Jack said!!!
oops I tend to think this was a t.i.c remark DT
was it pinki?
