The only things I'd like to change are:
1) to stop adverts where the sound jumps out unannounced (the M&S ad with sound re-appeared this week)
2) reduce the size/shape of the big ad underneath the answer entry box (i.e. next to the bit that says 'best answer- no best answer has yet been selected....), since it means that when I open a question I can't see whether it's been answered unless I remember to tab down the screen to check first

"I was last on went the same way, ADS ADS ADS, we did all complain & would have contributed if the question was asked, need I say, it destroyed the site."
You bang on about this a lot. That site sounds like it was poorly run. You perceive that we've added more ads (we haven't, but lets forget that for now).
You say we've added more ads.
You say that adding ads will destroy the site.
We've "added more ads"
Membership and visitor numbers have increased.
Please explain in what way a GROWING site can be considered under threat in the way you describe?
Or is it that you're just a miserable bugger?
