Could an administrator help please. I have just bought a new computer and when I have tried to pose a question on Answerbank, I am asked to re-register. When I try to do so, I am told my email address is already in use and asks for another. I have been a subscriber since August last year. How can I log on as before please?

I have checked your profile and you do not have any recorded posts (except for this one) registered to your username or email address.

You should be able to post as normally since you were able to post this Question. Make sure you enter your details on the Sign-In tab, not the New User Register sign in.
