Can an administrator help please? I have just purchased a new computer (my daughter is now using this one) and when I tried to log into Answerbank, I am asked to Register. When I try to do so, I am told that my email address is already in use. I have re-registered via a different email address with a new user name but I would prefer to have my previous user name and profile. Please can you tell me how I can transfer my previous registration to my new machine?

I'm no expert, but I'd have thought that you can sign into AB using any computer with the internet. Maybe it'sbecause it saves your password so you don't have to sign in each time. Have you tried actually signing out of AB properly at the top, and then trying on your new computer?
