I don't know if this comes in as a money topic or another one, I think it would be good, if we could have a Business Start up Topic. It would be really help ful.

No, would really like to chat specifically to people who are in the process of starting their own business or have started and just get information from them as to how they went about it, how they raised finance and who as in banks was most helpful. Jobs and careers possibly yes but that would just swallow the topic.

Thanks Iceman, I have done that, I just want a topic were people at various stages of setting up a business can share their experiences.

It would be very helpful if there was an entire website dedicated to this.  Where people were allowed within the rules to post contact details.  And perhaps where users could advertise their new businesses, share tips and split it into categories such as marketing, finance, staffing, legal issues etc. 

Might be an idea for someone to set one up.  There's a thought.  :-)

I personally don't think AB would give you the best answers, with no disrespect intended to the site or its users.

Maybe, once you'd started your own businesses, you could build it up into a viable acquisition subject, get a public company to buy you out, pocket a tidy sum, reitre to the Bahamas, and sit on the beach desiging the website I suggested! :-)
