Deleted Threads

Threads that have been deleted for whatever reason: would it be possible to highlight them in red when they appear in 'recent activity' on your profile.

sorry I will clarify further. When you go into your profile you see 'threads involving me' and a list of threads you have replied to. It would be helpful if the ones that had been deleted through whatever reason,could be highlighted in red so that you do not need to go back into them just to see the message 'that thread could not be retrieved.

It would also be nice if you could edit your 'threads involving me' to delete threads you no longer wanted to see or those that had been deleted.

Well, I did at one time, get upset about my posts being removed, but over the years i have become less enthusiastic......nothing will change.
I regard one of my posts "pulled" as a loss to AB.

What i will not tolerate is abuse from certain ABers and if this results in my post being pulled.....then so be it, even if it means a period of suspension.

no I'm not getting upset at my posts being removed. When I go to look at what I've been 'looking at' its annoying when you get 'could not retrieve that thread' . Even more annoying if you do it more than once because you are getting on a bit and forget which threads have gone into the ether. I suggested the deleted threads (not individual posts) could be either removed altogether or highlighted in red that they were no longer accessible,this saving time and temper. ;-)

sqad - I don't know truly what you may have been suspended for in your day - but you sure would be missed on this site - hope other posters realise - it saves bloody time going to the doctors every false sign.

I suppose it would save an extra click or two but doubt the technical team will prioritise it.
