Gessoo ..soya upsets my tum. So I don't have any milk at all only Oatley. I only have tea with lemon or black coffee. Yet ..I can eat yoghurt and cheese (well..no cheese at the moment) which contain milk.Very strange. If I was to drink a glass of cows milk I would be running all day !!

Shaney, milk upsets me too, but I'm OK with soya milk (which isn't milk at all really, but beans!) yoghurt, and cheese. Cheese is one of my big downfalls - I love the stuff!! Have lost 3lbs!!!!

Then when I had them went back to about about 9 stone. My Dad used to call me 'Spadger' because he said I had sparrow legs. Didn't really fill me full of confidence did he....

Hi Shaney Telly is rubbish tonight. Yes I always listen to Derby on the radio.I'm a big fan!! Sad but true. We made a draw tonight which is good for us as we usually lose ha ha!!

I've had my Horlicks and Cod Liver Oil and I'm about ready for bed. I usually go up and put the Telly on in my bedroom.I always put the timer on as I usually drop to sleep while it's on. I have to get up early for work tomorrow (6.00am) but I only do 3 mornings so it goes quite quickly. So I think I'll say goodnight everybody maybe see you tomorrow.

Evening all - hope you've all had a nice day. Front room looking fresh & clean thanks to my youngest son - he makes it look so easy but it probably is when you're 6' 2" & have arms like Twizzle. It took longer to get the room ready & wash the roller & brush out afterwards than it did for him to paint it. hey-ho.

What's neti up to I wonder? I think she sneaks in & pinches the cakes without saying anything....probably 'cos she doesn't want to have to do any oven cleaning.

Hi Robinia ..I have had a good day. I had to do a bit of cleaning up round here for my sins !! These tall sons do come in useful don't they ! Mine make me feel like a gnome ..one is six foot four.I have a ridiculous kitchen window above the sink and I cannot clean it without climbing on the draining board.So I get him to do it. He just stands there with a cloth and makes it look so easy.
I expect your room looks all nice and fresh now.

Well hello everyone - just had a couple of off days when I couldn't be bothered to get on to computer. Still very chilly here, although sunny. I noticed last night that the days are getting longer and I don't like it, I love deep dark winter. See you've all been rabbitting on - there's no stopping you lot is there.

Robinia at last the techies have mended My Profile but it was off for ages, now I'm a happy bunny again.

Am fully dressed & washed ( I nearly said shaved ooops) now going to have my brekkie, one slice of toast and a cuppa black tea. Will probably call back later.

Morning all.. it was a bit wild and windy here too in the night and it poured with rain but it's bright and breezy at the moment.
