Ever wondered what AB Ed did in her spare time? Me too... until I was wandering in the bazaars of Damascus the other day and saw <A target='_blank' href=&quot;http://img328.imageshack.us/my.php?image=abed7yt.jpg& ;quot;>this</A>. Crafty, eh?

You are very welcome to hide as many easter eggs in my garden as you like Vinny. I shall send Shaney to root them out and then I shall eat them !!!
I am afraid my garden looks very sad and sodden at the moment .The grass is nearly up to the window ledges and weeds everywhere .It's a sheep or a goat I need at the moment..I do wish the weather would warm up so I can go and do some tidying up.I'm a fair weather gardener !
Don't make excuses Netti...we are all very willing to fly to your side and ply you with hot toddies and soup !
Of course we will bring our cossies in case it turns out nice !
Hope you feel better soon..keep in the warm xx

oh neti how can you have flu in nice weather like that? Hope you feel better in the morning.

Read somewhere in the papers at the weekend: 'My mother loved chocolate. I was 8 before I realised easter bunnies were supposed to have ears.'

lol jno - I remember buying my young son a gingerbread man for the first time & after paying I gave it to him to nibble on as I shopped (hope the health food police aren't reading this). He seemed very puzzled by it so I bit one it's legs off to prove it was edible & he screamed his head off......I think he still has nightmares about his mother the cannibal.
Jno...our Rugley thread in P&P is beating yours,..although Ive just helped you out here...doh !
Tut !.... I don't think you can beat us mate ..our threads run into thousands but we always decamp after five hundred.
You'll have to hunt them down and settle yourself in for a weeks reading. If you enjoy reading about liberty bodices, swollen feet and knitting ....you are very welcome.

Beep Beep Beep My antenna detects a stranger in the shop. Hope it's friendly and enjoys biddyism!

Hi Zeus, As Shaney has said, we move on after approx 500 postings. The first Biddypost was approximately 2000 postings and we have moved about four (or five) times since, which puts it at at least 4000 postings!!!

Nice to see you. Do come again! Anybody's welcome as long as they can stand the pace and prove that they wear liberty bodices!!!

Love all the Easter egg posts. My son had a chocolate monkey that he just didn't have the heart to eat for months!

I do remember him bursting into tears when we threw his old mattress on the tip when he was three - he nearly threw himself in after it, he was so upset that it was going to be out in the cold, getting wet and all by itself!

Neti,

I hope you feel better soon

xxxxxx

I was searching for a funny picture for you, but suddenly realised that you can't open pictures at the moment.

Would you believe I still buy my son (35) and his girlfriend an egg every year!

!

Yes, I believe it!! My son gets one too and he's 22! Last year was the first time he didn't getting a Christmas stocking! Big softies aren't we?

Just going offline now, Jude. Have some washing to sort out and am going to get an early night.

Night, Night, Sleep tight xxx

Goodnight Gessoo Sleep tight! x
When I was a child an ancient aunt bought me an Easter egg and it was one of those all in a box with that sort of net stuff round it and it was decorated with parma violets. It was so pretty and I put it away..never touched it for months and when I came to eat it had gone all mouldy !!

Good morning my chickadees - thank you for your good wishes. I feel OK today just a bit slow. Have an appointment with our accountant so have to be away. gessoo I can receive normal piccies just not vinny's putfiles so feel free to send me a piccy. Still chilly here although I think the sun is peeping out from behind the clouds (ahh I wax lyrical - makes a change from waxing legs ha ha).

shaney your story reminds me of when I was little and my older sister saved her easter egg, so middle sis and I kept nibbling at it until there was only crumbs left and all hell broke loose when she finally went to eat it, I of course lied and said it wasn't me!!!! Did they believe me???
