Welcome home, the new and thinner jno, and get well wishes to Shaney and Robi. Robi my migraines have been less frequent for a good while now but even more violent when they do attack. I didn't think more violent was possible but I've been wandering about screaming, finding it impossible to lie down and shut up even though I really don't want any neighbour knocking on my door wondering what's going on. There, just thought I'd cheer you all up a bit! But I AM happy they seem to be thinning out in frequence:)

Hello everybiddy. Get well soon Migraine sufferers. I'm so lucky I don't have that but I have discovered another thing that's upsetting my diet(s). I tried a low cal bitter lemon 2 Fridays on the run when I went to my local haunt and I felt a bit dizzy the first time I had it then on the next Friday I drank it quite quickly and went dizzy and nearly fell over. Have checked what was in it (Aspartame) and looking it up on the internet I've found out that it can give you symptoms of headaches, dizziness among other things so thats another thing off my list. ie no added sugar things which contain it. So I am really fed up now. Went out last Friday and had water with ice and a slice 25P.
Been a bit busy lately finishing off Christmas present buying etc. and had few appointments. Chiropedist this morning. Out to lunch tomorrow and Wednesday. The Swine Flu jab in the afternoon Wed. Dietitian on Thursday. and to top it all one of my crowns at the front has chipped and a bit has dropped off. So I'm reallyt p****d off.

Sorry for being a right old moaner but I'll be back!!

Have just wired up the big xmas tree and some of the lights are oldish but work fine, except that some of the bulbs don't light and that's ok too, but having tested it all and changed the plug, once carefully put on the tree, they didn't light at all, Well I am not one to be beaten by a minging set of lights , took them off tried them and lo and behold (as the angel said) they worked, so back onto the tree they go, plug put into 3way socket the other way round and yeah working. Am fed up totally now so will move the tree into position tomorrow and then bung on some baubles andbright shiny beads la la

Welcome back from gay Paree Jno .I hope you've brought us all some Soir de Paris .I need a touch of something sultry .It's getting colder here by the minute .
I now have working lights thank goodness but Mr S is now complaining there are not enough .I'll light him up dreckly :)
.I've spent most of the afternoon writing cards and letters to elderly ladies whom I've inherited and all the other Christmas cards .I've got writers cramp .And still have a few to do .
Six tubes of blood this morning .I feel quite weak and have had to eat a Crunchie bar :)
Keep warm lovely people .It doesn't look too promising weatherwise .
Hope everyones ailments ,headaches etc. clear up PDQ.
