The answers are so funny and stimulating and keep a smile on my face for days. The gossip is really great as well and this is the first section I go to when I log on. Its also great that the AB Ed is a woman and is so understanding. What do others think?

I go here first too, but the inane questions are driving me a bit bonkers at the moment. I love a really good, fascinating, genuine question from someone who needs help and advice. The "what did you do last night" questions are about as stimulating as "Trisha". It's become like daytime TV on here.... Sorry!

oh i am a right grumpy cow just now but that is cos all this blathering without Chatterbank in the topics is winding me up, we had so much trouble trying to even say hi to one another over Christmas it was just not funny, and now it seems it is ok for endless chat stuff to be regurgitated and the simpering just does my head in. As I said i am a grumpy old Hector tonight but Scarlett so has a point.

Scarlett. I agree with you,these inane questions have been taking over the site especially B+S where the genuine posters are pushed to the back. Ok we're not medical proffessionals but we can at least give our opinion on something then tell the person to seek medical advice. I've no doubt the newer members think Im an old misery or grump because I complained about the pointless posts here but thats on the contrary. dot.hawkes, I dont see you as a grumpy old cow:-))

Hi caseaepana, I always go to body and soul first . And I am not a grump (recently asked question about serious folk on here) But I agree with Scarlett about the amount of really trivial questions being asked on here.

So, yup, guess than now makes me look a grump too. (although I state again. I am not!)

I have to agree though wth FINA and dot.hawkes. I avoid B&S more than I used to. There's not much worth answering in here. The simile to daytime TV is spot on.

I love some of the light hearted questions and quite happily join in, but it has now gone too far in my opinion and has become quite boring. You can have too much of a good thing. I like the fact that at least the threads are good humoured and there is no nastiness. It will gradually die a death, these things tend to go in cycles.

Look, none of you run the site. Only ABed and since Ed took away CB and said that the chattty threads are ok, I suggest everyone just comes on here and gets on with it. If you don't like a Q titled 'What did you have for breakfast' don't bloomin go in it! Jeeeez! I don't like McDonalds so I don't bloomin eat it! Easy enough. I don't moan my @rse off and try and get it all banned!

Why can't come people just leave it be! You are taking up even more space with stupid threads moaning about the ones you don't like, so in my book, that makes you a hypocrit! Get over it.. the chatting has always been on AB and will forever more be here. You can't stop people chatting, short of ABed limiting every user to something like 10 posts a day! Somethings you can't change and people will always want to chat. Its human nature. Ignore it and get on with what you want to do on the site. Don't waste your whole time trying to ruin it for other people!
