Are you there Ed? Can you put down your Pimms & strawberries a minute please & tell us why Vinny 100_2 has been sent to the dungeon. I think he's going stir crazy & is sending bizarre notes via the dumbwaiter. (Did you know he's tunnelled his way into your office, has got himself blotto on the Buckfast & is serenading his Rita Hayworth poster with Gregorian chants?) Please help!

I'm not very good at explaining things Jude ....I used Paint to cut out Vinny mooning from his pic & pasted it to the Wooly one.....you click on the dotted star which allows you to draw around your selected bit (I'm not very steady at that) & you can choose a white background or transparent......then you right click & copy.....choose another pic....click Edit & paste. It will appear in the corner & you drag it to where you want. If you get it wrong you can undo & do it again.....
well that's how I do it, maybe Vinny will come along with an easier, non scenic route, the way that men do....hehe

Just got in from the quiz. A good laugh it was too! It's a bit like blockbusters. They call a number and your answer goes in that space then when you complete a line across if you've got all the answers right you've won. We didn't of course. Had to come home early cos it's back to work for me tomorrow. Up at 5.30a.m. Thanks for the instructions Robinia

excellent biddies-style evening: I knew almost all the songs, which is to say they were all from before about 1975... poor Ronnie Wood, must have had to learn the whole Brian Jones songbook. (Last time I saw them 2-3 years ago it was the other way round, lots of 90s stuff I'd never heard and didn't much like.) was going to nip out but decided to check the weather....tut, don't know why I bother, tomorrow was supposed to be lovely, now they're saying different - I'll stick with yours (metcheck) they're more optimistic than the met office!

Vinny, you just click the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page - goes direct, you don't have to use email. I actually used this for the first time the other day (to plead for the removal of that legally dodgy Maxine Carr thread) and even got a reply.

Am back home again now - house hasn't been cleaned since I left, and there's piles of washing so am only passing through. Swimming pool is leaking so can't use it, and it's so hot here after rainy Eastbourne - well must get on with the cleaning. I'll come back as soon as everything is all ship-shape and bristol (No Vinny don't even go there) fashion!!

blimey,Ive never found anything in an orange before,I did bite into a nelson slice once and chewed a bee..They use to call me the nelson boy,when I was a nipper.And a nelson slice was made of all the other cakes ingredients that had dropped on the floor.They would sweep it all up,and make them into slices,lovely,6 fer a tanner.(:-)

Just been and sorted my holiday - going on the 4th of Sept.to Acharavi Corfu. Been to Corfu once before many years ago so I'm looking forward to going again. Went to the South last time and this time we're going to the North.
