Welcom e-mails

I just wanted to inform the AB tecnical team that the welcome e-mails are not working.I had to registered veery easily for AB but never recieved my welcome e-mail.After repeated attemps at asking for it to be resent I still got nothing and decided to re-register.I had to register 7 times before my welcome e-amil was sent.I am noe happily registered but I thought I would point this out becuase you could be losing members everyday as a result of this problem.

Unfortunately, we have a love/hate relationship with some email providers and some emails do not get through either entirely or only after a severe delay. We automatically send out the validation email after registering but due to providers' approach to SPAM control it is sometimes a hit or miss situation.

We are currently investigating ways to enhance our email delivery systems and hope to find a comprehensive solution.
