Notice within Q and P

Can I suggest please that the notice within Quizzes and Puzzles is not at present sufficient to stop multi postings by one person on the same topic. It is suitable for crosswords but not for any other Q and P questions. This portion of the site has been overrun overnight (UK time) by Marlboro quiz questions with the questioners not realising that the notice should also be applying to them.

Thank you for the suggestion goldenfield. Not being in tune with the global puzzle community, I was caught unawares by this whole Marlboro quiz thing. I will post a notice in the category.
