I can see some snowflakes on a horizontal shape of dots. I am sure if I join the dots up I'll see something far more profound.

Thank you for your suggestion. It was very helpful, and our technical team has now worked out the problem we had.

Unfortunately, we cannot reply to every suggestion. This does not mean we don't appreciate them, and follow through on them when we can - as we did in this case.

I hope you will continue to post suggestions, because as you know, they do help us make the site better for you and other users.

More seriously and to the point, I have to ask Ummmm about the spinning dolphins - I've drunk 1/4 bottle of brandy today and I still can't see those spinning dolphins. I have to stock up on booze this weekend so please could she tell me quite what she drinks (brand name, and quantity) to see enable her to see those dolphins? I'll buy and drink the same!
