Many apologies in advance if this has been ask before. But on some topics there isn`t the option for rating an answer but have just been rated and the option wasnt there. Have a look here http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Home-and-Garden /Question336354.html

Really am sorry if this has been covered because I know how annoying it is seeing the same question asked over and over again ie are thoughts wind up toys for sale on the orange ad :)
