It might put people off using the site if they have been bullied on the site by another user and felt too timid to report it...it would then spoil their enjoyment of their time on the site

Do you mean like when your on MSN, and it 'pops' up when they come on AB? you could just have a list of your 'favourite' people i suppose, the ones you chat to more than others? what a good idea x
