I'm thinking of starting a website to aid people who are too lazy to type words into google for the answer to a question. They can now log onto my site and get others to do it for them. I'm going to call it www.theanswerbank.com

Do you think it will take off? Are there really morons out there who are too lazy to "google" ?

Hundred - while the majority of users could "just google it" to find an answer, there are a few of us who may not be able to use a search engine as well as some of the experts on AB - especially those of us who didn't grow up using the information superhighway. They may actually need help. It is sometimes difficult to decide which is which.

Thanks for that BBW Chatt - As i said before. It's only a "lighthearted" look at some of the things that niggle us AB'ers. I'm not going to start a witch hunt or anything..............................................................yet.

I'm now really at a loss as to whether to reward the free swim off the end of Wigan Pier to BBW or Octavius.

My feeling is that if' you've the internet and enough nous to post on this site, then you have the capacity to Google first and therefore should have no need whatsoever to come on any part of this site to pose quiz questions. And as for crossword answers - there are a few dozen crossword/anagram solver sites out there so why not go to them first rather than here?
