Ive got a ton of emails telling me that I have answers to my questions submitted but cant log on! Ive checked and am using the right password, what's the script??
you could contact the ED and ask for your password to be emailed to you
its doubtful that your account has been deleted if its still in use
Use the 'contact us' option down the bottom of the page
Thats the first thing I did after I coundnt log on and it said 'email address invalid' or words to that effect. Already sent a message to ed, responded to an email with the newsleter that I got today too. I definately have the right username and password as I kept the orignal email from when I joined.
replying to the newsletter email wont do anything !
normally the ED will reply (eventually) if you use the contact us option even if you just ask whats wrong with your account, in case its an IT fault or something, then they can fix it
Ive typed in the details without caps log and the right spelling etc when I clidkd on the lnks in the email its just a white page with the answerbank logo which says 'the page cannot be found'
