I have been sent e-mails to say i have answers to my questions but when i click on the link there is a problem

this is a fault by ab, it is easier to go to your profile to check for answers.

mindylou, Sometimes the clickable link gets an extra character attached to the end of it (usually a > symbol).

Copy the link, paste it into your address bar and delete anything after the .html
Then press Enter / Go

I should have been clearer - that is the Address Bar at the TOP of your BROWSER Window.
(nothing to do with your email)
