Just on the back of this ;

That way when someone has good news they want to share there would be a topic which could be used.I think it would be an excellent idea and that way when some arent facing such brilliant news they could avoid that topic and it wouldnt be in their face so to speak.
Im sure ive seen this type of topic elsewhere.Might be worth a consideration?

Thanks very much anne.
How about leaving good news in CB, and putting "Good News" in the thread title (to cover the point about peeps not wanting to read good news when they're feeling down - that way, if they don't want to read good news, don't click on that thread).
Dris does raise a good point though, about threads quickly getting lost in CB, and not being able to find them easily.

I find it very refreshing for people to post good news and bad news on CB, everyone is usually nosy enough to have a look, and say well done, or commiserations. If it's tucked away in a topic on it's own what happens to the poor poster if no-one bothers to have a look. Leave it to Chatterbank to respond to it, that is where the chatter is.
