Just finished reading The Book Thief. Has anyone else read it? Enjoy might not be the right word, but it certainly had me hooked. Very unusual style of writing.

I read it earlier this year. Showed that it is the ordinary people who suffer in war whatever side.

I watched this two weeks ago on DVD, needless to say I had nightmares afterwards. I am such a wuss. Damned good story though. I watched it with my German DIL, she was able to fill in some details.
