While clearing out my dad's house we came across a set of books titled the golden pathway to a treasury of knowledge, (or something very near that), there is about 8 books in the collection. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me anything about them. They seem fairly old. I dont want to throw them out or give them away if they could be worth a little bit of money, anyone have any ideas. Thanks.

We've got a similiar set of books .
There are copies here of some sections (7 8 5 and 6 ) which sell for five pounds ..but as you have a full set they may be worth more .If they are in good condition you could go to a reputable second hand bookseller who may give you an idea.
I was raised on them. Beautiful stories and pictures. I am a bookdealer myself. They do not fetch a lot. You are better keeping them for your children or grandchildren. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the answers. I had never heard of them before but looking through them they seem like good reads for children. I showed them to my kids who are early 20's and they laughed at how dated the pictures were but for being about 60 years old they are in good condition and are still quite relevant.
This was a fabulous set of books. Strangely, before discovering this website by chance, a couple of days ago I was wondering how to get a set of The Golden Pathway. Pure nostalgia of course. Does anyone know where I could buy a full set of 12?
