Not much to go on, how about 'A life less ordinary' by John Hodge.

This guy kidnaps his bosses daughter and they end up getting it together and she actually condones the kidnapping after a while.

Wow I forgot I asked this!!

I didnt find the one I was orginally looking for but I read 'a life less ordinary' which I loved and I keep meaning to get 'noughts and crosses' I think I'lll have a look for it now it looks like it'll be good!!
