firstly i think thats extremly offensive to say," Da vincis' pranks" i personally think its an insult to his intelligence and brilliance. yes there are many hints as to where the holy grail is hidden as he was a member of the priory of sion. the mona lisa is on 2 different levels, and ther are bridges etc, that exist 2day,the last supper has hints, and many more. it also depeneds on how far ur into the book, asu'l find out more.i have also read it.
I agree with trouble16 it is quite offensive to refer to Da Vinci's work as pranks. For a start I wouldn't consider any examples given in The Da Vinci Code as pranks, merely suggestions, hidden clues.
And another thing - the book is *fiction*. There may well be many coincidences in the paintings and works of art, but it doesn't mean they are all connected and it certainly doesn't mean they are clues. If it was true, don't you think that someone would have picked up on it before Dan Brown? I'm sure there are far cleverer and more intuitive men than a fiction writer.
