Carol Ann Duffy Poem - Help!

i am looking for a poem for my mum's funeral. She wasn't one for poetry but a few years ago, she toe this out of the paper and gave it to me. She said she really liked it.
Of course, now i need it, i can't find the damn thing anywhere!
It was short, and about a mother saying how she was the backbone of the family, everyone needed her andi do remember the last line was: Do not take me till the children have grown' Or something similar.
