I am using casting resin for the first time and it has come with no instructions for use. I have managed to mix and set the resin but it smells really bad. Can anyone help with some advice for getting rid of the smell please?

preventivily the best answer is to use a well ventilated area... if you have access to mixing and pouring the resin outside (weather permitting) I would recommend that, oh and utilizing an Odorless White urethane the next time.

as for masking or removing what damage has already been done...that stench will last, i don't think hepa filter will help but maybe a ionic tall air filter may remove some of the odor and maybe some strong Air freshener.
I hope it helps...

Thanks Will H

my problem was with the newly cast resin, which over the last few days smells much less. So I guess the answer is time and patience, neither of which I have an excess of. I appreciate the advice though and I have access to a fume cabinet which I will use next time.
