Small sterling silver cup with owl?!

i own a small sterling silver cup that i want to know more about. it doesnt have a handle and in the bottom of it, there is an owl with 7 stars around it and a cane. the owl is sat on the initials "JC".

there is a hallmark on the side that looks like this: 925S J.Tostrup

i looked up the name and it came back as this person being a norwegian silver smith. but i cannot find an item like it anywhere

HELP!!!
