I'm looking for a good True Crime book, as a Christmas present (up to about 20). Does anyone have any recommendations/suggestions, please?

I enjoyed "The Lady Killers" by Jonathan Goodman. True stories of the most notorious female murderers. Available on Amazon.co.uk
Crikey - I just did a search on Amazon.co.uk by typing in "True Crime" - you get 3092 books to choose from - Try it! (& happy hunting)
I quite like the look of the book about Jack the Ripper by Patricia Cornwell - available in all good bookshops! In fact, it's on my Xmas List!
I can also recommend 'Portrait of a Killer - Jack the Ripper, Case closed' by Patricia Cornwell. Another book that I've recently rediscovered is 'Happy Like Murderers' by Gordon Burn - documents the lives of Fred and Rosemary West. Quite a disturbing read, though.
How about In Cold Blood written by Truman Capote about a shotgun murder of a family in America in the 50s. It is really a good read and a bit of a classic.
I'd deffo recomend any of Dave Courtney's books, the Krays - The Geordie Connection, and Pablo Escobar. Appart from that... Keep away from the Viv Graham books lol
