Has anyone heard of an artist by the name of DJ or DL Bevan in our local paper someone has a painting by this artist dated 1946 but can't find any information on him or where he painted we live in N. Yorks so could be a local amateur painter

I think I may have a couple of painings by him and also some by Vas A L Kennedy and W Rawlin or Rankin, if you find out any information I would be interested also
