The current President Bush is said to have an IQ of 90 which is pretty low when you consider that Reagan scores 15 more than that. Bill Clinton is supposedly the brightest of the American Presidents with a score of 180+. But he did have his pipes blown through, so I imagine that it was calculated after that.
I'm sorry, I'm not convinced. Not because Bush is a shining example of intelligence, but more for the fact that nearly all the Democrat presidents in these lists are more intelligent than the Republicans. The claim that President Bush has an IQ of 90 is a well known Urban Legend. The report was put out as a political joke by an institution that doesn't exist. Look for yourself if you like:

President Bush has not released his actual IQ. But, based on his SAT score - (which is reported), it can be estimated that his IQ is somewhere around 126.
