Plague art

There is a famous depiction of the Black Death or plague in general. It features a person with a skulls face riding on a flying creature with a clubbed tail down a street struck with the disease. Does anyone know the name of the picture or artist? It's not The Plague in Rome by
Jules Elie Delaunay. I get the feeling it's much older. I also think it was just a pencil, charcoal drawing rather than painted.
