There is a school of painting, like cubism or Impressionism, where the artist painted women with long, slender necks, often nudes. Can anyone tell me the school of painting I am referring to?? Thanks!

The works I am thinking of were more realistic paintings of women, and I believe it was a much earlier period in history.

Prophet, thanks for the suggestion.
Here is a long slender neck.
I think that you could be referring to Mannerism, which was quite common during the Italian High Renaissance. It usually involved painting the neck, or fingers, or limbs longer than would have been biologically correct. This was often to exaggerate the grace or poise of the figure. One of the most famous painting is "The Madonna of The Long Neck". This is the common name for a painting that i believe has another title.
