I know some recent dictionaries have included a number of txt words and phrases, but is there any specific dictionary of texting?

Collins are to publish a dictionary of texting. Examples in a newspaper article included: w8 (wait) iliciscomk (I laughed, I cried, I spilt coffee on my keyboard - any of you texters out there have an idea what that's all about?) and dytigad (do you think I give damn?).
