I had 'nasolabial' dermal fillers for my daughter's wedding and it made me feel much better. It wasn't a massive improvement but I looked 'well'. If the main issue is upper face I would go wit a little Botox. Softens lines and brightens up the face. Go to someone reputable and tell the you don't want to look like a startled deer. I would do it about two weeks before the wedding. It is expensive but I consider it worth it. I wouldn't do fillers.
