Have you ever seen the result of symmetrical photographs?
This is when a real photo is first changed by reproducing the left hand side of the face on the right hand side and then the other way round. Some people think it may produce a more pleasing image.

Personally I feel it does not achieve that aim but produces an "unreal" image which does not enhance the face at all.
If you can accept that the way you are at the moment is natural and adds to your character/personality I think you will do well.
I have always thought that cosmetic surgery is fine for improving serious physical defects or after accidents/injuries.
Your face looks perfectly good to me. Try to get on with more important things in your life that you can perfect without going under the knife. We are what we are :)
