Hair Growth

I have a problem! I have quite alot of unwanted baby hair on my hairline, and on the top part of my head, my hair there never grows at all and sticks up like Cameron Diaz in Something about Mary! Has anybody got any ideas on how I can grow this part? Also,how can I get rid of a permanent quiff?

hee hee, mine does that too! i find if i fiddle around with my parting and get it in the right way, it cures it!
