ridges on my nails
I have just started to paint my finger nails a few months ago but Ive noticed that my nails have now got lots of ridges in them, is this due to painting them or due to something else?

It's probably due to dietry deficiency.
Have a word with your GP about which vitamins you may need, and have your general health checked. This ridging is usually a sign of ineven nail growth, usually caused by fluctuations in diet.
