I am size 10 but have afat stomach can you help me I feel ugly and old I am 49 years old.

Hi reception. I'd say if you're 49 years old and a size 10 then you have nothing to worry about. Everybody has body parts they dislike but if we have something that narks us, it always seems 100 times worse than what everyone else sees. I would imagine there are quite a few 49 year olds out there who would be looking at you thinking 'I wished I had a size 10 figure'. If you are worried about your stomach then you could do some sit ups or enrol in a gym and ask one of the people that work there good exercises. Or find out from a nutritionist a healthy eating plan.
However, as I mentioned - I'm sure it isn't as bad as what you actually think. I think we can sometimes all have off days - can you afford a small shopping spree and treat yourself to a new top/make up - sometimes that can cheer me up.

You can't have a fat stomach, it is probably a bit bigger and/or wobblier than other parts of your body but at size 10 it can hardly be massive, can it!
You sound like you have a good figure but don't like your stomach, we all have bits of our bodies that we don't like. Buy a nice top that will help disguise the bits you don't like and watch that programme on the TV, 'How to Look Good Naked'.
Some of the women on there have less than perfect bodies and end up loving themselves so much they can strut up and down a catwalk in their underwear (with no plastic surgery or liposuction). It wil make you feel loads better if you realise that nobody is perfect, you just have to learn to love what you've got!
