Can anyone help?

I bought my ghd straighteners about 2 years ago and have seen some other questions and answers on here about this from last year. There must be a loose connection coz the light doesn't stay on. Some people say I should send them back but where do I send them to? I have no receipt either! Can anyone please help me........
