Riemann sun protection

i saw some riemann sun cream in the shop, i just wanted to know if anyones tried it and if it actually works? it says you will tan and not burn and it stays on virtually all day even when in water?

anyone know about it?

P20? yeah its brilliant stuff but you have to apply it bout 45 mins before going in the sun i think as it reacts to the skin to stop burning, you cant lash it on whilst sitting in the sun

It's amazing stuff - really does last all day. Just be aware that the UVA it lets through (it only protects from UVB, which are the rays that burn you) will let you tan (if your skin does tan) it will also let you get all the wrinkles that go with tanning.

Also, be careful if you use fake tan - I was a lovely St Tropez bronze before V Festival a few years ago, slapped on my P20 to protect me for the day - and went bright yellow -and I mean glow-in-the-dark yellow. Spent the weekend being stared at and called 'Tellytubby'!!!

also, it must go directly onto naked skin, not on top of any moisturisers etc which will form a barrier and it wont work

I didn't quite believe it would last all day and put more on after 4 hours. I got burnt anyway. Maybe it works better for some than others, and it's better than other suncreams I've tried, but monitor your skin carefully when you use it and check that it still seems to be working.
