I know I need to make an appointment with a doctor and will do but just wanted to know if anyone could advise what this lump may be. The lump is about the size of a tiny ball bearing but is hard to describe where it is. apologies for the graphic description but its the only way I can describe it. Its is under my ball sack, internal wher the shaft of my penis goes. Can anyone suggest what this could be?

Could be a varicose vein - but off to the docs with you, always best to get any lumps checked out. I'm sure you'll be fine.
Go to the doctor to put your mind at rest - could be a cyst.

I will make an appointment asap. There is no pain or anything but just wondered if anyone had any suggestions.
More info....is it separate from your testicle or is it attached?
Does it feel , hard, soft or like "bag of worms"?
Question Author
No it is seperate, its har (like gristle) about 30mm round. It not my testicle as its outside of the ball bag
Outside?....you mean in the skin of your scrotum (ball bag)?
Question Author
No it hard to describe. Its hard to describe. Is not in the scrotum its internal underneath the scrotum where the shaft of the penis extends to. I guess its internal between the scrotum & anus.
OK...then is isn´t malignant................almost certainly a cyst.

No big deal....see your GP

I hope so. I will book an appointment
