No longer smoking or drinking but still a bit overweight. Is that a good BP reading?

Sounds good to me Sandy, however there might be a few ladies around who might offer to raise it :)

My OH's was 160 over summat but due to medication has come down to 'normal' whatever that is.

Sadly, I'm of an age that my BP is all they could raise. :-(
Pretty good going sandy - well done. If only mine was that good ;o)
I'm forty one and mine is that when I'm agitated or whacked out on coffee.
Well........that looks.........good if you are not on BP lowering tablets, but if you are, then it is a touch low, in my opinion and you may need to reduce the dosage.
Question Author
I am on BP reduction tablets. A couple of years ago it was 150-80, 158-96, and 150-90. But I'll go and see my GP
OK sandy,,,,good move...that BP looks a little low and i suspect that you may well be getting dizzy when you bend down or get out of bed.
Question Author
I do, indeed. I was starting to wonder what was causing it.. It's a relief to know tweaking the dosage should set it right.
