What is 1000IU the equivalent to in μg? It's vitamin D tablets if it makes any difference x

I don't claim to fully understand the article, but Wikipedia states:
"1 IU is the biological equivalent of 0.025 μg cholecalciferol/ergocalciferol"

emmmm well.... I did 0.025 x 1000 which is 25 and I think that's about right because I found these http://www.boots.com/...-90-Tablets-_1127509/ must be right =s Thanks Chris! xx
