Have an omelette for breakfast,protein(beans,pulses,quorn,eggs,fis
h,cheese,tofu)
and veg/salad for lunch and dinner,a handful of nuts/seeds as a snack, yogurt and berries as an after for the evening meal. Make sure you eat enough so that you are pleasantly full-if you can eat 3 good meals without snacking-even better. Eat real, unprocessed food...avoid protein bars,etc....they are rarely clean food.
Also-regarding weight loss....how much do you need/want to lose? If you are near your natural weight, you are unlikely to lose much.

Going to the gym and exercising didn't really help me too lose much weight either. I have no idea why this is, its just so counter-intuitive, but at least you know you're not alone. If I were you I'd consider purchasing an effective diet plan. You can read a good review of the 7 Day Belly Blast diet at http://www.weightlossreviewer.com. That would be an excellent economical way to lose a few pounds in no time. Best of luck to you :)
