you should drink at leaast two litres of water a day, this means water and not tea or coffee etc., all the other beverages are okay as long as you drink two ltrs of water . Water flushes out your system other products do not. Try drinking water in half pint glasses at a time, this way it does not put you off as if you had it in pints at a time. You will find that if you do this, it is easy to drink two or 3 ltrs of water plus tea or coffee throughout the day.
