Cholestrol
7 Answers
Serum cholestrol = 6.0 mmol/L
Serum triglycerides =0.7 mmol/L
Serum HDL cholestrol level =2.4mmol/L
Serum LDL cholestrol level =3.3 mmol/L
Total cholestrol:HDL ratio =3
I understand that a cholestrol of 6.0 is on the high side but can anyone tell me if the other figures aregood or bad.

Lukourgus... .......sorry if my answer has confused you.
Normal Serum cholesterol is about 5.5 nmol\L, but if it were me, i would be happy with 6.0 nmols.
The same with LDL....a touch on the high side...... but wouldn't bother me.
Those results are fine as long as they don't get any higher.
