Can someone prescribed these continue to take aspirin?

I took Sqadtabbies, Sandy, when on those two pre a bit of gall bladder mining.
In short, yes. However, why are you taking Aspirin and what dose?

Two 300mg aspirin taken 3 times a day to try and relieve pain from a very sore hip. She was prescribed Paracetamol but refused to touch them.
Of course they CAN, but Aspirin would not be my drug of choice as i do wonder if the Omeprazole is for hyperacidity, in which case, the Aspirin may make it worse.

Thank you all. The question's now redundant as shes said she'd be afraid to take them. Her GP mentioned a hip replacement but it's not likely she'd agree to that.
