anyone tried this somewhat brutal treatment? I feel like I've been assaulted! I am also a bit dubious as to the benefits. I believe the medical profession doesn't approve, and private medical insurance won't cover it (not that I have any).

any views?

thank you Connemmara, I'm hoping it will ease up soon. and thanks to all who posted.

I'm going for my final (paid in advance) session next Monday but kind of dreading it! I have 2 good friends who think it's marvellous, but it's just not for me. I'm too wary of their "treatment".
