Could anyone tell me if spinal operations I believe they call them decompressions are performed on people 82 years of age, for long term sciatica in both legs are possible or is there an age cut off for that sort of thing

There is no age cut off period for operations on patients.......each case is taken on it's merits.......BUT......

Aged 82, sciatica in BOTH legs.....a surgeon would not be tempted to operate by that situation.
