I have a very small perineal ? tear? lesion making certain activities uncomfortable.. Is it ok to apply a small amount of hydrocortisone 1%
cream to the affected area? Tia

Perineal tear to me quickly brought up an obstetric cause....clearly I jumped to conclusions -;)

Spreeny....yes! Yes! I didn't realise that you were past child bearing LOL......it was just that perineal tear that you mentioned brought up miserable memories of my past.
